Process - How we work
We work iteratively and transparently, combining analysis, development and delivery in a process the whole team can follow.
Discovery
We work closely with clients to understand goals, constraints and the operating context, giving the project a practical foundation.
At this stage we analyse processes, content, information systems and team priorities to identify where action is truly needed and where unnecessary complexity can be avoided.
Once the analysis is complete, we provide a plan that clearly sets out priorities, timelines, dependencies and the initial scope.

Development
Building on discovery, we define a realistic roadmap with clear milestones and a sequence of work that maximises impact and reduces the risk of regressions.
We work in short iterations, explicitly sharing progress, decisions and trade-offs, so the project remains understandable even to people who do not write code every day.
The code evolves incrementally, following existing patterns where they make sense and introducing new abstractions only when they offer a concrete benefit.

Delivery
Before launch we consolidate the product, check the main workflows and prepare the team to manage the project independently.
Delivery does not mark the end of the work: documentation, handover and initial support are all part of the same release stage.
Our goal is to go online with a solid foundation, ready to be measured, improved and developed further without friction.
What this stage includes
- Testing. Functional testing and targeted checks on the most sensitive parts of the product.
- Infrastructure. Environment setup with attention to critical deployment points, observability and operational continuity.
- Support. Initial support after launch to stabilise the project and plan the next iterations.
